SYRIA · SECOND ORDER
Installed, running.
Then ordered again.
The first unit went into service in the customer's yard. When they equipped a second carrier, the same customer ordered again instead of shopping around.

01 / IN SERVICE
Working a scrap pile.
Photographs sent by the customer after commissioning: the magnet mounted on the carrier and lifting in the yard it works in, not a studio.

02 / SECOND ORDER
Packed for a second carrier.
Crates built to the magnet footprint, control boxes packed separately, cable sets coiled and tied so nothing kinks in transit.

03 / WHAT A REPEAT ORDER MEANS
Nobody buys the same machine twice by accident.
A first order is a bet on a supplier. A second order is a verdict on the machine that was already delivered — and it is the only review that costs the buyer something to give.
- The unit performed in the yard before the second order was placed
- Spares and service were not an obstacle after commissioning
- The second unit was configured for a different carrier
- The same customer is now reviewing a metal baler — one relationship, two equipment categories
